This should be the last episode that MAKIYO covers for 范范. In this episode, the didis were given celebrity status and they tried to promote their 'albums'.
First off was ABC's album, which he tries to follow after Justin Timberlake's footsteps. The funny thing is that the free gift for purchasing his album is a clock. In Chinese culture, giving other people a clock means to send them off to the next world.
The second album was a POP album, consisting of 小樂, 虎牙 and 繩子. I must say that their jokes were very cold, especially the one of winning the toy fire truck. Their dance was pretty good though, although 繩子 made some mistakes at the start.
The third album was 阿龐's solo album. I thought he looked slightly gothic with his black eyeshadow.
The fourth album was a duo of 柚子 and 涼麵 who didn't have any sense of co-operation at all as they were complete opposites. Their jokes were pretty cold too.
The fifth album was 蕭邦's solo album, which had a very cool album front cover. The advertisement that he shot was quite creative. =) He went on to perform his hit single, which really shows how busy he is. If he really released his own album, I probably would buy it.
The sixth album was X TAIPEI, a parody of X JAPAN. The 2 didis, 阿MAN and 丸子 looked really gothic! 丸子 was quite freaky with his red lips and black eyeshadow. They were too busy in promoting their album that they haven't got a song ready. Haha.
The seventh album was a parody of Jay Chou's latest album. 伊籐 simply replaced '稻香' with '韭菜香' in the song.
The eighth album had 3 very cool looking didis, YOYO, 阿良 and 賤兔. Their dance was quite good too, although the newer didis were not too on par with 阿良. YOYO was not really familiar with the steps while 賤兔 was a little slower than the others. The song was pretty catchy, w-inds' super lover. The earlier POP group engaged in a dance battle with them. 賤兔 really taunted the opposing group strongly!
The ninth album was a duo of 坦克 and ICE. Interestingly, this duo had a combination of war and peace as their theme. The song was originally nice but they didn't present it well. 坦克's English was not proficient enough while ICE had rhythm problems.
At the end, the best album was awarded to CITY BOYS.
Personally, I felt that they are trying to get the 2 newest didis to learn from the 3 leaders, 虎牙, 阿良 and 小樂. So far, we have seen both 賤兔 and YOYO perform together with 虎牙 and 阿良. Maybe we'll see them learning under 小樂 soon. 大大 and 小小 were both on the set but their segment was not shown, if they had one. EASON and 隊長 were absent from this episode.
