This episode was quite interesting as they discussed about being cheated. Firstly, they discussed about being cheated over the telephone. The telephone scams include kidnapping children and winning lottery. Lesson to be learnt is that to verify the truth before acceding the unknown caller's request.
Secondly, was being cheated by modelling agencies. 阿良 and ICE shared their experiences. 阿良 was cheated into taking some pictures in a hotel's toilet and was paid for it. O_o ICE was cheated into paying for an expensive modelling portfolio but was never offered any modelling jobs. Lesson to be learnt is that if a modelling agency really wants to utilize you as a model, they would not request any form of payment from you for building your portfolio. Instead, they would construct your portfolio for free. Only when you receive some jobs then they will charge commission for each job that you take up.
Thirdly, was being cheated via MSN. 丸子 shared his experience of his break up with his former girlfriend about a year ago, who initiated the break up. Reading his MSN chatlog, I think the girl was using 丸子. I really sympathize with 丸子.
Fourthly, was being cheated by family members. 阿良 was cheated by his elder sister to exchange his blue TWD$1000 for 2 red TWD$100 when he was young. Getting cheated of TWD$800! OWNED! 阿MAN was cheated by APPLE over a case of 'poison milk'. The whole scenario was really outrageous but he still believed it and cried as he was young. Haha.
Fifthly, was being cheated via online shopping. 3 didis, 小虎, 小小 and 柚子, presented their fake pair of shoes that they bought online. Lesson to be learnt is to not buy anything online as you cannot justify the quality.
Sixthly, was being cheated by not checking/comparing items. Another 3 didis, 阿龐, 夏天 and 阿MAN, presented their items that they got cheated on simply due to not checking/comparing them. Lesson to be learnt is to compare the price of the item that you wish to buy with other shops, or remembering to check the condition of the item you bought before you leave the shop.
Finally the last segment was being cheated by purchasing cheap items. EASON, 涼麵 and 虎牙 presented their cheap but below average items. 涼麵's segment was really funny. Expired bottles of barbeque sauce being offered at cheap prices and an incomplete chinese chess set, lacking the most important piece, the general. It shows that he didn't check on the items before buying. -_-" Lesson to be learnt is that most cheap items have an underlying reason for being cheap.
This episode was quite entertaining as we see how silly some didis are. =)
